If the files are encrypted with the online key, they cannot be decrypted. There are no other recovery methods other than those described in the article (https://www.myantispyware.com/2019/12/04/how-to-recover-encrypted-files-ransomware-file-recovery/). If the methods described in this article did not help you, then I advise you to back up your important files and wait until decryption becomes possible. How do I remove Malq ransomeware from my system which was detected with an online key?

Phtorec only brought out corrupt files and the restore point of Shadow Explorer is after the after the damage had been done. Emsisoft Decryptor could not decrypt because it has online key lock.
I read somewhere where one can submit both uncorrupted and the encrypted files for unlocking. Is there a way you can offer advice?
