I received a different product (polarized sunglasses), and have been persuing a refund for their ‘error’. Thanks for sharing the info!
This company is a SCAM! not an ethical business. BEWARE!! they do NOT deliver on promised goods and then avoid a refund at all costs. I have reported to the better business bureau. Banks are aware Bolleth is a fraud. If the company will not refund your money for products not delivered, then the bank will. This company leaves fraudulent email chains that are great evidence for the bank to reverse charges
I am so DONE, with online ordering!!!! If it looks like a fantastic deal, beware!!!! I thought I was looking at Costco’s website then it made it appear that this company was affiliated with Costco and had a surplus of merchandise to sell. My ‘order’ took weeks to arrive and it’s not what I ordered! I ordered a raised garden box (actually 2) with an arch, what I received was 3 packets of flower seeds, what the heck?!? When I emailed the company on the (supplied planting instructions) I was told that the wrong item was sent and it was a comparably priced item! Then they offered to refund me 10% because they are in another country etc! Don’t, don’t, don’t order things that look incredibly good without further investigation into the source!!

Purchased raised bed planters 2 for $65. A month later I received 2 gardening gloves. They offered me 20 refund which I am waiting to see if they in fact do it.
I am having the same problem! They need to be stopped!. I ordered the raised boxes and they sent me seeds for flowers that won’t grow where I live and want to give 20 percent refund!
Wow, what scammers! I should have known that it was too good to be true. I ordered the planter box and received a pair of gloves instead. They told me it was a system error. They told me if I want the gloves, we would be even cause it costs as much as the planter box, otherwise, they can give me a 10% refund. I should have checked them out instead of wasting my time talking to them!
